My car had a couple of concerns and I asked around with coworkers and one recommended Flagstaff Auto Repair. I am so grateful I listened and came in. I showed up around 3:45 and was seen same day. The staff was kind and answered all of my question without making me feel like they were silly. They broke down their recommendation for services. The pricing was fair and I will be returning if I have additional issues with my car.

While driving to Flagstaff on Memorial Day weekend, my check engine light and AT Oil light suddenly came on. I stopped at the nearest service station and asked a friend in Flagstaff to recommend a mechanic. She recommended Bernie. She contacted Bernie for me, and he quickly reached out to explain that the shop would not reopen until Tuesday because of the holiday weekend. He asked for information about my car and advised me where to have it towed. Early Tuesday morning, Bernie called with a game plan, and shortly afterward he provided an estimate. Even over the phone, Bernie radiated compassion, empathy, and professionalism, which made me feel completely comfortable approving the repairs without hesitation. My car was ready by 4:00 PM, allowing me to check out of my rental on time and return the rental car without needing to extend it again. When I picked up my car, Bernie was incredibly kind and patiently explained everything that had been repaired. Flagstaff Auto Repair is lucky to have Bernie managing the front desk.

My husband and I were on our way back to Texas from a cross country road trip in our Subaru. We needed an oil change and tire rotation before finishing the last stretch of our trip. A quick google search led us to Flagstaff Auto Repair, as it had great reviews. We called in to see if they could get us in last minute for an oil change and tire rotation, and Bernie was able to get squeeze us into their busy schedule to get us back on the road in no time. We see why they have such great reviews. Thank you Flagstaff Auto Repair! We really enjoyed our experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Flagstaff Auto Repair. Bernie and the mechanics there really took care of me from start to finish. They got my car in fast and made the whole process easy and stress-free. What really stood out was how honest and helpful they were. Bernie worked with me on the pricing and even helped me out with discounts, which I really appreciated. The mechanics were professional, knowledgeable, and the quality of the work was excellent. My car is driving great now and you can tell they actually care about their customers and the work they do. Bernie is the perfect example of how an experienced Service Writer should treat their customers. Thanks Bernie It’s hard to find a shop you can trust these days, but these guys earned my business. Highly recommend them if you need reliable, quality auto repair in Flagstaff.

I think I’ve found my go-to auto shop: Flagstaff Auto Repair. We’ve used them twice so far. The first time was for a radiator replacement, and the second time for an engine replacement. Both experiences were handled professionally from start to finish. They were honest about pricing, clear about the type of service that was needed, and upfront about the turnaround time. There were no surprises and no pressure to add unnecessary work. They also took the time to explain what was happening with the vehicle, which I really appreciated. It’s not always easy to find a repair shop you can trust, especially when dealing with major repairs. Knowing our vehicle was in capable hands made the whole process much less stressful. If you’re in the Flagstaff area and need reliable, straightforward auto repair, I would definitely recommend them.
